Step 1Draw a tall pole with a base.
Step 2Draw the top band of a waving flag (saffron). Make the edges wavy.
Step 3Draw the middle band (white) under it, with the same wave.
Step 4Draw the bottom band (green).
Step 5Draw the Ashoka Chakra in the middle: a wheel with 24 spokes (navy blue).
Step 6Add three balloons in saffron, white and green, with strings.
Step 7Draw a banner at the bottom and write HAPPY REPUBLIC DAY — 26 January.
