Ratio and proportion games

A ratio compares two quantities of the same kind: 12 boys and 18 girls → 12 : 18 = 2 : 3 (divide by the HCF 6).
To divide in a ratio a : b, add the parts (a + b), find one part, then multiply.
Four numbers are in proportion if a : b = c : d, i.e. a × d = b × c.
Unitary method: find the value of one, then of many.
