Types of fractions games

Proper	Top (numerator) smaller than bottom (denominator): 3/4, 2/7
Improper	Top equal to or bigger than bottom: 7/4, 9/5
Mixed	A whole number and a proper fraction: 1 3/4, 2 1/5
Equivalent	Same value: 1/2 = 2/4 = 3/6 (multiply or divide top and bottom by the same number)
Simplest form	Top and bottom have no common factor except 1: 6/8 → 3/4
Like / unlike	Same denominators (2/7, 5/7) / different denominators (1/3, 1/4)

To compare unlike fractions, make the denominators the same: 2/3 = 10/15 and 3/5 = 9/15, so 2/3 is greater.
