Speed = distance ÷ time. Find any one from the other two, and change km/h into m/s.

| Distance दूरी | speed × time | 60 km/h for 3 h → 180 km |
| Time समय | distance ÷ speed | 180 km at 60 km/h → 3 h |
Changing units: 1 km/h = 1000 m ÷ 3600 s = 5/18 m/s. So km/h → m/s: multiply by 5/18 (72 km/h = 20 m/s). m/s → km/h: multiply by 18/5 (10 m/s = 36 km/h).
Average speed = total distance ÷ total time — not the average of the two speeds.
