How to read a calendar
A calendar shows the dates of a month in rows of 7 — one row is one week. Find the date, then look up to the top of its column to see the day. Sundays are often printed in red.
- A week has 7 days; a year has 12 months and 365 days (366 in a leap year).
- 30 days: April, June, September, November. February has 28 (29 in a leap year). All the rest have 31.
